Compliance

We understand the importance of product compliance and we are trusted by some of the largest brands in the world – your brand is safe in our hands. We implement our policies and procedures in the supply chain to safeguard our customers. This ensures that the merchandise we provide meets minimum legislation requirements or better throughout the UK, Europe and further afield.

Working with our partners; Bureau Veritas and SGS, we undertake all the necessary testing requirements on products to ensure their conformity for use in their intended market. Where required, we issue a declaration of conformity which details information such as (but is not limited to) regulations product must meet, confirmation that product complies with the testing authority, test report numbers, image and country of origin of the product.

Corporate, Social & Environmental Policy

Our corporate, social and environmental values apply to who we are, what we do, what we buy and who we buy from to ensure that your brand is protected and safe in our hands. Our management systems ensure that we not only run our business in legal and regulatory compliance with the laws of the land but the spirit which lies behind it.

This corporate, social and environmental policy statement represents our commitment to our customers, employees and suppliers that corporate, social and environmental responsibility is a fundamental corporate value across our company.  In conducting our business we will meet or exceed the requirements of all applicable social and environmental laws and regulations. This is a minimum standard to which we adhere. In all aspects of our business we will consider social and environmental interactions to identify ways of reducing social and environmental risks and impacts from our activities.

We will continuously improve our management practices and performance to create value for our customers and other stakeholders in our company. We will do this by identifying innovative ways to facilitate corporate social and environmental responsibility.

SEDEX Members

The source and end point of manufacture of a product is of great importance to us and we take great pride in aligning ourselves with the best manufacturers and suppliers in different product areas.

We are a member of SEDEX and actively encourage our supply chain to strive to continually improve their labour standards, ethics, health and safety and attitude to the environment.

We assure you that all products would be supplied through our key supplier partnership programme. Our CSR policy dictates that chosen suppliers in the partnership are expected to demonstrate that they can maintain effective management policies and procedures for product and employee relations within their organisation.

BPMA Charter Distributor Status

We are one of a very few companies to have been audited and awarded the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) Charter Status. This highly coveted accreditation is aimed at increasing the level of professionalism of both distributors and suppliers.

We recognise that end-user buyers want to purchase marketing materials through a recognised supply chain. Our charter status allows us to add our core values to the supply process. This covers areas such as quality assurance, continuity of the service/product offered and product conformity.

ISO 9001: 2015

We are aware of, and continually monitor, the significant impacts our operation has on the environment. The ISO 14001 standard follows a PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT cycle. It is reassuring for you to know that we have an environmental management system (EMS) in place.

We have developed an environmental policy and implemented systems and procedures that we check and review. And, we are always looking for continuous improvement.

• Environmental Policy • Top management commitment and staff training • Monitor and measure environmental interactions • Evaluate compliance and establish any non-conformance • Regulatory compliance • Take corrective action and preventative action  • Maintain excellent records

Our environmental policies are shared internally and externally with both customers and suppliers to ensure we continually learn, share and improve ourselves. We would never knowingly deal with a supplier whose practices conflict with our own policies and beliefs.

All our despatches from the warehouse would be carbon neutral. Sent via UPS, we are able to counterbalance the carbon dioxide emissions generated in sending a parcel by offsetting this against an emission reduction project elsewhere in the world. Examples of projects that have benefited from this carbon neutral programme include the Garcia River Forest, Fujian Landfill Gas Programme and also the Cholburi Wastewater Biogas to Energy Project.
